MURDER OF SHEENA BORA

  NAME : SHEENA BORA BORN : 11 FEBRUARY 1987 DIED : 24 APRIL 2012 CAUSE OF DEATH : HOMICIDE  heena Bora , an executive working for  Mumbai Metro One  ( Reliance Infrastructure ) based in  Mumbai , [4]  went missing on 24 April 2012. In August 2015,  Mumbai Police  arrested her mother  Indrani Mukerjea , her stepfather  Peter Mukerjea , and her mother's driver, Shyamvar Pinturam Rai, for allegedly abducting and killing her and subsequently burning her corpse. [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]  Her step-father and Indrani's ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and Rai confessed to the crime, and Mukerjea has said that Sheena Bora is living in the  United States .  PERSONAL LIFE Sheena Das Bora and brother Mikhail were born to Pori Bora (later known as  Indrani Mukerjea ), an Indian HR consultant and media executive, and Siddhartha Das in 1987 in  Shillong ,  Meghalaya . [13]  Indrani left the children under the care of her parents, Upendra Kumar Bora and Durga Rani in  Guwahati  and moved to  Kolkata  .

MURDER OF ANNIE LEE

  NAME : ANNIE LEE LOCATION : 10 AMISTAD STREET NEW HEAVEN,USA DATE : 8 SEPTEMBER 2009 ATTACK TYPE : MURDER The  murder of Annie Le  occurred on September 8, 2009, while she was working in the  New Haven, Connecticut  campus of  Yale University . Annie Marie Thu Le (July 3, 1985 – September 8, 2009) was a 24-year-old  doctoral student  at the  Yale School of Medicine 's Department of  Pharmacology . She was last seen in a research building on the New Haven campus on September 8. On September 13, the day that she was to be married, she was found dead inside the building. [2] On September 17, police arrested the perpetrator, Raymond J. Clark III, a Yale laboratory technician who worked in the building. [1] [3]  Clark pleaded guilty to the murder on March 17, 2011. [4]  Clark was sentenced to 44 years imprisonment on June 3. [5]  The case generated frenetic media coverage. MURDER OF ELIZABETH SHORT

  NAME : ELIZABETH SHORT BORN : 29 JULY 1924 DISAPPEARED : 9 JANUARY 1947 DIED : 14 JANUARY 1947  OCCUPATION : WAITRESS KNOWN FOR : MURDER VICTIM Elizabeth Short  (July 29, 1924 –  c.  January 14–15 , 1947), known posthumously as the  Black Dahlia , was an American woman found murdered in the  Leimert Park  neighborhood of Los Angeles on January 15, 1947. Her case became highly publicized owing to the gruesome nature of the crime, which included the  mutilation  of her corpse, which was bisected at the waist. A native of  Boston , Short spent her early life in  New England  and Florida before relocating to California, where her father lived. It is commonly held that Short was an aspiring actress, though she had no known acting credits or jobs during her time in Los Angeles. She would acquire the nickname of the Black Dahlia posthumously, as newspapers of the period often nicknamed particularly lurid crimes; the term may have originated from a  film noir  murder mystery,  The Blue Dahli
